- Practice deep work "interval training." How much can you do in one sitting? What is your goal length of time and what is your plan to get there? 
- Come up with your personal pre-deep work routine. For consistency, when/where will you incorporate this in your calendar? 
- Every night, before you sleep, write out the #1 thing you need to get done the next day. Commit to doing this daily at least 4-5 times a week. 
- Try time boxing certain activities in your day via your calendar, what works and what doesn't 
- Download the apps for building a second brain, link it all together, and start using them!
